The grads ventured to Ottawa for a winter-y day trip that began with lunch at Dow’s Lake followed by either skating on the canal or visiting the National Gallery of Canada. The group reconvened at Byward Market for the Winterlude Festival, where they drank tea, ate at King Eddy’s, and ooh-ed and ahh-ed at ice sculptures from around the world. Thanks to Lise Alalouf for organizing the trip and Anna Hayden for leading the trip.
