Grads tripped up to the Érablière au palais sucré in the Monteregie Region, south of Montreal, late March. Sugar shacks mandate eating maple syrup covered snow on a stick, enjoying a huge feast of Québecois specialties drenched in maple syrup, and taking a wandering path through the maple trees, which are tapped for their syrup during the freeze-thaw season. Thanks to Anna Hayden for organizing the trip and thanks to Debarati Das for the photos!
